is a part of "the tears of stalin" a 3-part urban intervention by claudia bosse for intersection/prague quadriennal 2011. installation, acoustic car-choreografie and a performative intervention: hundreds of people from the letná hill steps squatting the public space, stopping the traffic. a silent chorus interrupts the dynamic of public space, concentrates it, claims it. after 50 minutes of silence the participants begin parallel whispered narrations about their biography, identity and politics.
